Data Center Commissioning Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $175,000 – $220,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead multiple commissioning projects, including new builds and expansions Ensure compliance with ASHRAE commissioning guidelines Oversee quality assessments of critical facility installations and systems Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for project execution Manage project budgets and financials while protecting JLL's contractual position Develop and manage commissioning plans and specifications Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleQualifications 10+ years in mission critical commissioning project management Preferred engineering or technology degree from an ABET accredited institution Commissioning Professional certification from recognized authority PE or PMP designations are assets Proficient in testing various electrical and mechanical systems Strong team leadership and people management skills Excellent communication skills with MS Project and Office proficiencyBenefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care 100% paid parental leave Generous paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily PayOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
