Meaningful Support Service Professional- Evenings & Overnights Part-Time Location: State College, PA Private Household Employer We are seeking a reliable compassionate Support Service Professional (SSP) to provide evening and overnight support to our adult daughter with moderate autism in a private household. This is a meaningful relationship-based position for someone who values structure, patience, and supporting independence. Position Details: Part-time position Evening/Overnight Shifts: Flexible, 2X weekly, 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 A.M. Private household employer Compensation: $19-25/hour On the Job Mileage Reimbursement Responsibilities: Provide mentoring, modeling, and personalized support with daily living activities Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive evening and overnight routine Provide transportation for community outings Support independent living skill development Follow and reinforce behavioral strategies with consistency Communicate and document information accurately and collaboratively Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Valid Driver’s License, insured/registered/inspected vehicle Ability to pass background checks Experience with individuals with disabilities or autism is preferred Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
