This role ensures dining tables are promptly cleared and reset, service stations are fully stocked, and guests receive attentive, polished service that reflects the elevated standards of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. The Busperson works closely with servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience during high‑volume service.ResponsibilitiesAssists the Restaurant Stocker, as needed, to ensure an adequate supply of china, silverware, glassware, and other food service accessories at assigned stations at all times.Assists the Restaurant Stocker in maintaining and restocking service station supplies.Clears tables after guests have left, placing soiled dishware into appropriate bus tubs and disposing of garbage properly.Sets tables for service in accordance with restaurant standards.Assists the Restaurant Stocker, as needed, by transporting bus tub carts to the kitchen and unloading full bus tubs in designated dish areas.Escorts guests from the podium to their assigned tables when needed, providing professional, courteous, and friendly service. Removes unnecessary silverware and china after guests are seated.Assists and follows direction from waitstaff to promote efficient, courteous, and timely food service.Becomes familiar with menu items and delivery procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.Adheres to and demonstrates the principles of excellent guest service and strong interpersonal skills at all times.Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent preferred Literate and fluent in English Above average communication and guest service skills Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures Additional Requirements Ability to lift bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds Ability to push-pull bus carts weighing up to 70 pounds Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, use a step stool, have hand-eye coordination Ability to constantly walk and stand during shift Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas Ability to hear and use visual inspectionPositions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisyenvironment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
