Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive environment for both residents and colleagues alike.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort.Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to monitor resident health status.Observe and report any changes in resident condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff for immediate action.Assist with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care.QualificationsValid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
