The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $33,748 - $44,704. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Clerical Assistant!Reporting to the Manager - Production Planning, this position will provide clerical support to team members in the production planning department. You will be responsible for ensuring that documentation and production packages are created, prepared, and provided to internal and external clients in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:Providing administrative and office support for managers, supervisors, and team members, including: creating documents, production packages, spreadsheets, and filingData entry, records maintenance and look-up, and report development and retrievalResponding to email communication and phone calls from internal and external clientsAdditional responsibilities as assignedUnderstand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.Maintain regular and punctual attendanceAttend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or requiredCommunicate effectively and respectfully with othersOther responsibilities as assigned.What you'll Need To Succeed:High School Diploma or GED Minimum1-2 years of experience providing administrative or clerical supportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to be flexible when priorities shiftProficient in MS applications, MRP software and other relevant softwareCapable of embracing diversity and equity to ensure they contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace Preferred:Experience working in a manufacturing company.S&C Electric is committed to equal-opportunity employment.
