Job Description What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be the face and voice of our practice, ensuring our patients receive a warm welcome and our clinical flow runs seamlessly.Welcome & Check-In: Greet patients with a warm demeanor, manage check-in/check-out, and handle patient registration and digital intake forms.Master the Schedule: Optimize the daily appointment book, scheduling efficiently to support the clinical team and maintain an on-time daily flow.Insurance & Billing: Verify dental insurance benefits, submit claims, and present treatment plans with clear financial breakdowns to patients.Communication Hub: Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage confirmation workflows (calls, texts, and emails).Administrative Support: Maintain accurate digital patient records and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a flawless patient experience. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: 1–2 years of dental front office experience is preferred (Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance verification is a major plus).Tech-Savvy: Proficient with dental practice management Open Dental software and comfortable with a fully digital office environment preferred.Skills: Exceptional customer service, strong multitasking abilities, and clear, professional communication skills.Mindset: Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player who loves interacting with people. Why Join Our Team?
