Regional Facility Registered Nurse (1 yr exp req)

Regional Facility Registered Nurse Starting Pay Rate will be $35-$40 per hour based upon experience. Employee Referral Bonus program Surgeon & Associates, Inc. offers psychoeducational and relational support, behavioral modeling of interventions, and supervision to consumers residing in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. · Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in at least two of the following counties: Anson, Hoke, or Moore. · Must be able to work a minimum of 8 overtime hours weekly Successful candidates should be able to: · Provide patient care, assessment and treatment as ordered for residents in a psychiatric residential treatment facility for no more than 12 youths. Respond to the needs of the residents by administering medications, triaging and rendering first aid treatment as needed, assessing patient needs, preparing and maintaining records, charts and reports and providing support to the direct care staff. · Provide healthy adult role models.
