Portfolio Management Analyst – Journeyman Pentagon, Arlington, VASpectrum is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer site and support the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.Required Skills And AbilitiesGather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports Develop solutions or alternative practices Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports Confer with managers to ensure changes are working 5+ years of experience working with DON, DoD, or similar government agency Minimum QualificationsExpert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff, as well as clients Bachelor’s Degree in business, Management, or related field 10+ years of related experience Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance Spectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
