Role Description The Senior Inside Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. This role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and growth targets. The Senior Manager will provide strategic insights, oversee key accounts, and drive comprehensive sales initiatives to support the growth of Allergan Aesthetics’ portfolio. Qualifications Strong business development, client relationship management, and account management experienceSales strategy development, pipeline management, and meeting revenue targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skillsProficiency in utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to identify new opportunitiesAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teamsLeadership or team mentorship experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications are an advantageExperience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is beneficial
