Duties Lead and manage all dealership operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards Develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on high-end vehicle sales and B2B partnerships Oversee the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, utilizing CRM software to track progress and optimize opportunities Drive outside sales initiatives through cold calling, networking, and public speaking engagements to generate new business Manage inventory control and retail math to maximize profitability while maintaining optimal stock levels Coach and support the sales team in upselling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers through effective outreach and promotional activities Ensure compliance with dealership policies, local regulations, and industry standards including phone etiquette and professional communication skills Experience Proven experience in dealership management or automotive sales leadership with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets Extensive background in high-end automobile sales, B2B sales, retail sales, and outbound sales strategies Demonstrated success in managing a diverse team with excellent organizational skills and leadership capabilities Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively Strong negotiation skills complemented by public speaking abilities to represent the dealership at events or community engagements Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control practices, retail math, and automotive industry best practices Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively Join us as an Automotive Salesperson where your energy fuels our success!
