Core Java Architect

Overview In this role you will drive enterprise Java solutions within a global delivery context. You will shape system architecture, mentor juniors, and lead design reviews to deliver scalable software. You’ll work across stakeholders to turn business needs into robust, high-performance applications and improve lifecycle processes. ResponsibilitiesLead design and architecture reviews for enterprise applicationsConceptualize system architecture and design with a focus on performance and scalabilityMentor and coach junior developers and collaborate with global teamsEngage in senior-level technology discussions and drive business casesSupport development and maintenance life cycle activities on large projects Key requirementsAt least 4 years of core Java development with design experienceStrong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, memory management and NIOProficiency in Enterprise Java or server/client architectures with asynchronous/non-blocking communicationExpert in Design Patterns and Netty developmentSolid understanding of database transaction management; JDBC and data modelingKnowledge of Public Key Infrastructure; Unix basics; shell scripting desirableExperience in software development life cycle and project life cycle activities; architecture reviewsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 7+ years IT experience; willing to work in a US-based role with specific visa restrictionsStrong analytical abilitiesExcellent written and oral communicationAbility to engage in senior-level technology discussionsCore JavaMultithreading and concurrencyNIO
