Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient-centered care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating health conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and developing individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include prescribing medications, performing health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Additionally, patient education and engagement in wellness and preventive care are integral aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong clinical expertise, including the ability to conduct physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditionsProficiency in patient education, wellness counseling, and preventive care strategiesSkilled in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and engage with patientsCurrent certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or similar) and state licensure in Idaho, or eligibility to obtain itAbility to work independently and make informed clinical decisions in a dynamic healthcare settingExperience in primary care or family medicine is preferredCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
