Key Responsibilities: Utilize provided communication devices, such as two-way radios, to maintain clear and concise communication with team members. Control the entrance and exit of visitor vehicles in accordance with company protocols, verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with security measures. Promptly alert the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities, following established reporting procedures. Strictly adhere to all security protocols and procedures as outlined by the company to maintain a safe and secure environment. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while on the job, reflecting a positive image of the organization. Actively prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high visibility presence and enforcing security measures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Security Guard License. Minimum of 3 years of security experience. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations. Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
