If you're a numbers enthusiast who thrives on data and has a keen eye for market trends, this role offers a dynamic, impactful environment where your insights directly contribute to our organization's financial strength and strategic direction.ResponsibilitiesAct as primary contact for general managers and department heads, providing financial insightsConduct monthly trend analyses and variance reviews of financial results and KPIs at both consolidated and branch levelsProduce monthly branch reports for Executive Management reviewPrepare financial forecasts, including cash flow projectionsAnalyze metrics such as weekly sales, DSO, DPO, headcount, backlog, and WIPSupport annual budget developmentMaintain financial schedules to consolidate North American operationsOther duties as assignedOccasional travel may be required (up to 10%)Experience & Education2+ years in FP&A and full-cycle budgetingSkilled in financial modeling, variance, and profitability analysisStrong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysisProficient with ERP systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite)Solid grasp of business/cost drivers and detailed analyticsBachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA and CPA preferredFirst Onsite provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
