A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Advisor responsible for broking new and renewal business in a hybrid or remote setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate broking activities around the renewal cycle and ensure client needs are met Negotiate with insurance carriers and drive financial outcomes to support revenue development Prepare and present proposals, ensuring accurate policy terms and client communication Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience P&C License required Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) are a plus Experience with Epic agency management system is a plus
