By prioritizing coherence in design strategies, inventiveness, and determination we empower our team to use originality and imagination to ensure our projects lead through cutting-edge design.We are currently seeking a Project Manager in our Costa Mesa, CA office.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of single and multi-family projectsAbility to independently and accurately complete schematic drawings provided by the design department and compile a CD set for submittals to attain building permits.Review drawing and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standardsProvide technical guidance to support staff and review their work for quality controlWrite reports and specifications, as requestedDirect, coordinate and oversee production of project design, construction documents and/or construction administrationLeads in project scope discussion, schedule review, and other requested meetings to understand tasks and deadlines applicable to the current and/future phases of the project. Coordinates scheduling and project deadlines between clients and the staff.Establish regular client meetings and attend with appropriate team and consultants as required by contract scope.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skillsExcellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.Self-confident while maintaining positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants, and technical staffAdvanced understanding and proficiency using the following software: AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Microsoft OfficeEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & CERTIFICATIONS:Minimum of 10 years’ of residential experience within the industryAdvanced understanding of national, state and local building codesIn depth knowledge of various housing product types, code requirements, and construction practices. Understand how to efficiently apply, detail, and specifyRegistered Architect (Preferred)4-year accredited Architectural degree (Preferred)SALARY/WAGESWe offer an extensive benefits package for this position including:Expected Salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $115,000.00Medical/Dental/VisionPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysPerformance-based Bonus401K Retirement
