This includes routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company and client standards.General Cleaning DutiesSweep, mop, and vacuum floorsDust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixturesClean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.Restroom MaintenanceClean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters.Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)Empty trash and maintain odor control.Trash & Waste RemovalCollect and dispose of trash from all designated areasReplace liners in trash receptaclesHandle recycling according to guidelines.Breakroom / Common AreasClean tables, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, sink)Maintain cleanliness and organization..Safety & ComplianceFollow all company safety procedures and client guidelines.Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely.Report hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.Reports to: Supervisor / Area ManagerMay be required to submit reports or photos of completed work.Quality StandardsComplete all assigned tasks per scope of workMaintain consistency and attention to detailEnsure all areas meet client expectations and inspection standards.Performance ExpectationsReliability and punctualityConsistent completion of dutiesProfessional behavior on client sitesResponsiveness to feedback and corrective actionsAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid HolidaysDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceThis position reports to Sarina Medina.Travel is required.The Following Screenings Are RequiredFinger PrintingEmployment VerificationCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe Following Shifts Are AvailableThird shift
