Whether you're supplementing income, balancing another position, or simply looking for flexibility, we value the experience and compassion you bring.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities in the Fort Worth area.Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed.Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.Provide education and support to patients and families.Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
