Company DescriptionBarton Studios is a fine art studio representing work of artist Steve Barton. we create original paintings and Limited edition pieces, working with galleries and collectors across the country. out business is blends creativity with a hands-on production and sales process, and we'er currently focused on organizing and streamlining our systems as we continue to grow.Role DescriptionI’m looking for a CRM setup specialist to help me organize and simplify the backend of our business.We are a fine art studio (Barton Studios), and I’m looking to implement a system (likely GoHighLevel) that can help us better track collectors, manage gallery relationships, and streamline communication.I’m not looking for anything overly complex — just a clean, simple, well-organized setup that we can actually use day-to-day.Ideally looking for someone who:• Has experience setting up CRM systems for small businesses• Understands sales and customer relationships• Values simplicity over complexity• Can guide us through setup and provide light training.This would be a short-term project to start.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a strong understanding of sales-related processes for all platforms including social media Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, and optimizing CRM performanceExcellent Communication skills Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and provide outstanding supportBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Familiarity with popular CRM platforms such as HighLevel Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
