Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe General Superintendent will have full responsibility for field execution, site leadership, and schedule performance across multiple concurrent scopes. This role is critical to driving coordination between self-perform teams and trade partners while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction operations across the campusManage and coordinate multiple superintendents and field teamsDrive execution of self-performed scopes, including:Medium voltage electricalEquipment foundations (transformer/generator pads, duct banks)Underground utilitiesMechanical piping (partial scope)Precast systems and OFE settingOversee subcontractor coordination where applicableMaintain and enforce project schedule and sequencingPartner closely with project management, engineering, and client teamsChampion safety, quality, and productivity across all site activitiesLead planning for phased turnover of data hallsQualifications10+ years of experience in construction field leadership rolesProven experience as a General Superintendent or Senior SuperintendentStrong background in mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)Experience working with or for self-perform general contractors is highly preferredDeep understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure-heavy buildsAbility to lead large teams and manage complex, fast-track schedulesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $200K-$250KBonus: ~30%Full benefits package + 401(k) matchPer Diem / Mobility$2,000/week per diem (qualifying role)Why JoinLead field execution on a flagship hyperscale data center programJoin a long-term campus buildout with repeat phasesHigh visibility role with impact on a major capital projectStrong opportunity for career advancement into Director-level rolesIf you are interested in learning more about this position, please apply or email me directly at stephanie.galindo@gogpac.com /615.439.2866- All inquiries are strictly confidential.General Superintendent / Data Center Construction / General Contractor
