Curriculum®   Keep children safe, engaged, and on routine   Communicate daily with parents (quick updates)   Work as a team to support enrollment + retention  What You Need  18+ years old   High School Diploma or GED   1+ year childcare / daycare / preschool experience   Able to lift 40 lbs and stay active  New York Childcare Licensing (OCFS) To qualify as a Lead Teacher in New York, you must meet 1 of the following areas:  Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related)  CDA credential + 1 year childcare experience  9 ECE credits + plan toward CDA/degree + 2 years experience  Also required to complete the following:  Background check clearance   NYS health + immunization requirements   OCFS health & safety training #TLEHP
