Equipment Maintenance Technician
Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperate machines to manufacture quality products.Monitor product quality and equipment performance.Report quality issues to QC and supervisors.Repair and troubleshoot machinery.Maintain knowledge of products, materials, and quality specs.Keep accurate documentation (PPH, scrap, SAP, MES).Maintain a clean and organized work area.Deliver materials and supplies to production lines.Communicate equipment and operator issues to supervisors.Perform and assist with preventative maintenance tasks.Propose and implement process improvements.Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety activities.Ensure smooth shift transitions and handle off-shift issues.Execute additional duties as assigned. Experience Required2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience required.Experience in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and supporting production processes. Skills & CertificationsAbility to set up and operate machinery.Proficiency in monitoring product quality and equipment performance.Skills in repairing, adjusting, and troubleshooting machinery.Knowledge of raw materials and product quality specifications.Documentation accuracy (PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions).Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.Capability to support production needs with raw materials and supplies.Effective communication for shift transfer and issue reporting.Knowledge of GMP requirements and safety procedures.Skills in proposing and implementing process improvements.Familiarity with controlled documents, maintenance tasks, and equipment manuals. Eligibilities & qualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED preferred OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience required.Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.Knowledge and experience in operating manufacturing equipment and tools.Problem-solving skills are highly preferred.
