Machine OperatorWe are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to run production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations. This role focuses on operating machines, monitoring output, and following safety and quality guidelines. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Operate production machinery safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials, monitor product quality, and follow work instructionsPerform basic machine adjustments and notify maintenance if issues ariseAssist with changeovers and setups under guidance from supervisorsKeep machines and work areas clean and organizedComplete basic production logs and checksFollow all safety procedures and company policiesWork with team members and communicate any concerns.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, not requiredMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.Basic math and measurement skillsGood teamwork and communication skillsReliable attendance and positive attitudeAble to work flexible shifts if needed.
