You’ll interact with customers through live messaging, coaching calls, and webinars, helping them solve problems, build better habits, and gain confidence in their financial journey. You’ll also take ownership of customer issues, contribute to product improvements, and create Help Center content that supports both users and AI-driven Ramsey tools—ultimately driving retention, satisfaction, and product adoption.You’re Probably a Match IfYou have 2–4 years of experience customer success, support, or a related fieldand want to build a career in Customer SuccessYou are comfortable in customer-facing environments, including live chat, coaching calls, and webinarsYou have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy teaching and coaching, not just answering questionsYou take ownership of problems and work to resolve them independently rather than escalating unnecessarilyYou are comfortable navigating multiple systems at once, including ticketing platforms, internal tools, AI resources, and knowledge bases to research and resolve issues efficiently.You are motivated to become a product expert and continuously improve your skillsYou care about building something meaningful and are aligned with Ramsey’s missionWhat Winning Looks LikeManage a consistent volume of customer interactions while maintaining high-quality support and strong customer satisfaction scoresDrive customer outcomes, including active product usage, renewals, and upgrades to EveryDollar premiumReduce repeat issues by providing clear communication and contributing to effective Help Center contentDeliver interactions where customers feel coached and supported, not just assistedContribute to product improvements through feedback, escalations, and ticket supportBecome a trusted product expert and coach who adds value to fans and the teamOther Stuff To KnowWe’re looking for people who are passionate about our mission.
