Role SummaryThe Marketing Lead will own and execute CTW’s revenue-driven marketing and growth initiatives across the U.S. and North American region.This is a senior, hands-on performance leadership role responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimization, while scaling CTW’s presence in Western gaming markets.CTW plans to hire a Marketing Lead to support rapid experimentation, performance benchmarking, and data-driven execution. Over time, the Company expects to consolidate leadership based on measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue contribution and ROI performance).This role requires deep experience in gaming marketing, particularly in mobile and free-to-play ecosystems, and a strong understanding of U.S. gamer behavior, platforms, and acquisition channels.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth OwnershipOwn end-to-end marketing performance with clear accountability for revenue contribution and ROI (ROAS)Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize return on spend and scalable revenue growthContinuously optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion performanceMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute U.S. & North America–focused go-to-market strategies with a performance-driven approachSupport game launches and regional expansions with data-backed acquisition planningTranslate Japanese IP and content into localized, conversion-focused marketing strategies for U.S. audiencesUser Acquisition & GrowthLead and execute hands-on user acquisition strategies, primarily across paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google)Rapidly test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and funnels to identify high-performing growth leversScale campaigns based on performance data and efficiency metricsBrand & Market DevelopmentSupport brand awareness initiatives where they contribute to measurable user growth and revenue impactCollaborate with PR and communications teams to ensure alignment with growth objectivesCollaborate with product, publishing, analytics, and operations teams to align marketing with player acquisition and monetization goalsProvide structured, data-driven feedback to Japan-based teams on U.S. market performanceAnalytics & Performance OptimizationAnalyze campaign and user behavior data to drive continuous performance improvementBuild clear reporting on spend vs. revenue outcomesTeam & Vendor Management (as applicable)Manage and evaluate external agencies and partners with a focus on performance and ROI deliverySupport the gradual build-out of in-house marketing capabilities in North America.Qualifications & Requirements8–12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition rolesProven track record of owning marketing budgets and delivering measurable revenue and ROI outcomesHands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and performance analyticsData-driven mindset with strong execution capabilityCompany OverviewCTW Cayman (“CTW”) is a Nasdaq-listed global gaming platform company focused on delivering anime IP-based HTML5 games through its flagship platform, G123.
