The ideal candidates will assist with on-site installation of protection, selective & surgical interior demolition and construction, assisting carpenters with finishing tasks on luxury home renovation projects. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality work.Key Responsibilities:Assist with demolition, installation, and finishing work on high-end apartments.Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely.Prepare job sites, including mobilizing, protection, cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety compliance.Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.) as needed.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.Follow directions from supervisors and project managers accurately.Qualifications:Previous construction or renovation experience.Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for long periods of time.Strong attention to detail, exercising care and caution in working around luxury finishes and commitment to quality.Reliable, clean, neat, organized, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
