The successful candidate will be tasked with providing overall leadership and stewardship, ensuring quality, coherence, and measurable impact across large-scale work. This role requires a balance of hands-on execution and long-term vision, with a focus on instructional rigor, and the integration of research-based practices. The VP of Curriculum will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end curriculum design, development, and production process, as well as establishing and improving curriculum ecosystems. A key aspect of the role is to lead and develop a multidisciplinary curriculum team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.The ideal candidate for the VP of Curriculum position at the company will have a background in senior leadership, scaling large K-12 curriculum organizations, and a proven track record in standards-aligned curriculum design. Experience in managing strategic partnerships, building durable systems, and delivering high-quality instructional materials in public-sector environments is essential. The role also demands a leader with a strong foundation in people management, a commitment to equity and inclusion, and the ability to integrate technology into curriculum workflows.
