Job Overview - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Our healthcare client is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Philadelphia. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, coordinating health-related issues, and ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care.Location: Philadelphia, PACompensation: $36/hourSchedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Nursing Documentation: Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medication records. Medication Assistance: Help residents understand their medications, ensure they are taken as ordered by the physician, and record in the electronic MAR. Nursing Care: Provide nursing care including wound care, trach care, and diabetic counseling. Health Assessment: Assess residents’ health and emotional needs. Communication: Communicate with nursing and program staff; report serious issues to the Nurse Manager and Program Director. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and avoid discussing residents in public areas. Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):License: Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license.
