Job description:OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Content Marketing Manager to build and run a structured content engine under the direction of our Marketing Director.This role is focused on output, clarity, and performance translating technical products into content that drives inbound demand across search, AI-driven discovery, and referrals, while supporting the sales process.About Medi-Products / EverSafeMedi-Products / EverSafe designs and manufactures reliable, noise-free, space-saving battery backup systems that protect critical equipment during power outages.We serve mission-critical environments including healthcare, pharmaceutical refrigeration, and industrial applications where power continuity is essential.Primary ObjectiveExecute and manage a content system that generates qualified inbound traffic from search, AI platforms, and referral channels, educates buyers, and supports the sales process.Key Responsibilities1. Content ExecutionCreate and manage:Blogs (technical + SEO-driven)Guides and buyer resourcesCase studiesVideo contentEmail campaignsAd and social copyEnsure consistent, high-quality output aligned with marketing strategy.2. SEO, AI & Traffic GrowthExecute keyword-focused content plans for search rankingsStructure content to perform in AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)Build content that earns referrals and backlinksOptimize existing content for performance3. Technical PositioningTranslate technical systems into clear, understandable contentEducate customers on applications, sizing, and use casesBuild authority in mission-critical power applications4. Content DistributionPush content through:Email campaignsLinkedIn and socialIndustry placements and partnershipsDrive visibility across both traditional and emerging channels.5. Social Media ContentCreate and manage social content that supports brand authority and content distribution:· Develop LinkedIn-focused content (primary channel)· Repurpose blogs, guides, and case studies into social posts· Create short-form video and visual content where applicable· Write clear, technical, and engaging posts not generic or fluff content· Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with campaigns· Engage with audience and drive visibility within target industries· Focus on educating, building authority, and driving traffic not vanity engagement.6. Sales EnablementCreate content that helps close deals:Case studiesProduct comparisonsApplication guidesWork directly with sales to remove friction in the buying process.7.
