Cleaning Technician (Part-Time, Evening Hours) Position: Cleaning Technician (Evening Hours) - Part Time/Non-ExemptDepartment: Facility OperationsReports to: Senior Director, Facility OperationsLocation: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ)NOTE: Starting 2028, this role will be based at the new Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in north Phoenix, AZ.Format: In-personSchedule: This role will work Monday - Friday from 5pm - 10/11pm and may include additional weekends (including holidays) depending on NFL schedule and events.Note: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.Job Summary The Cleaning Technician is responsible for consistently ensuring the Business Office and/or Dignity Health Training Facility in Tempe, AZ looks professional, clean, presentable, and inviting; especially during routine cleaning and maintenance activities. This position is responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, detailing, and maintenance functions of the building.Primary Job Duties Trash and waste disposal and re-line trash bins as needed.Clean interior and exterior building entrance areas.Dust and wipe railings, door handles, tables, furniture, partitions, walls, etc.Clean glass cases, mirrors, and windows.Disinfect all touch points throughout the facility.Vacuum, clean, shampoo carpeted areas.Sweep and mop hard surface flooring.Clean and vacuum elevator and tracks.Replenish bathroom supplies such as toilet tissue, seat covers, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.Polish chrome and stainless-steel fixtures and touch points.Deep clean bathrooms, caf, and other public areas.Maintain equipment and storage areas in good working conditions.Respond to spills or other hazards that may cause injuries to people or property.Additional duties or projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements Experience: At least one (1) year of janitorial experience preferred.
