Our Enterprise Services team supports the company's 185,000 employees with procurement excellence.LocationRichardson, TX (hybrid – commutable within Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ)What You Will DoProvide oversight and daily direction to a virtual team of procurement professionals located across the countryAssess team and individual performance and provide feedback and coachingOrganize workload across the team, assign backlog, problem solve and handle escalations for negotiations and various issuesDrive efficiencies, closely monitor, develop strategies and influence performance results on key metricsServe as the escalation path for consumers or stakeholders and engage in problem resolution where neededReview purchase order documentation against work instructions and policyIncrease knowledge sharing and collaboration across teamsStreamline procurement processes, remove barriers, and support internal customer requirementsAct as a valued business partner to provide solutions, alternative approaches, and reduce cost impacts to the businessTrack, report, and present to leadership on projects, team metrics, etc.Utilize metrics to implement improvements and generate a strong focus on customer relationships while motivating team members on delivering internal objectivesPromote a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvementDrive change management and transformation initiativesMentor, train and develop team for career progressionQualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or equivalent; or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experienceMinimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degreeMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team of professionalsWell-versed experience in supply chain compliance, procurement, and supplier managementPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of Raytheon's supply chain systems and SAP purchasing toolsExperience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFAR, ITAR) and negotiating terms and conditionsStrong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a matrix environmentData-driven approach using metrics to drive performanceOutstanding communication, presentation, and attention to detail skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary range: $101,000 – $203,000 USDComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and flexible spending accountsPaid time off, holidays, parental leave, and educational assistanceCareer development programs, recognition awards, and internal mobility opportunitiesHybrid work schedule with onsite and offsite flexibilityRTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
