The AMFT will provide individual, and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage case documentation. The role involves active collaboration with clients to support positive growth and emotional health, while maintaining compliance with ethical and clinical standards. Supervision and support for professional development will be provided.QualificationsAMFT in the state of California, or eligible for AMFT registrationDemonstrated skills in individual, couple, and family therapy techniquesStrong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation practicesEffective communication skills, empathy, and ability to foster a therapeutic allianceCompetency in managing confidential client information and maintaining ethical standardsBeing organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a part-time caseloadExperience with diverse populations and culturally competent care is a plusMaster’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
