TEMP Data Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX 78216 (HYBRID)Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PMIMMEDIATE TEMP Data Analyst needed for a well known leading U.S. manufacturer of premium room A/C and other home environment products, designed for residential and commercial applications. This position is a temp role for roughly 3 months, while the organization goes through and Oracle software implementation. This role will be helping to conduct the day to day business of sales coordination while the current data analyst employee is assisting with the implementation.ResponsibilitiesUpdate weekly Supply Chain KPI’s via Excel spreadsheets, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams Produce weekly product availability reports to be distributed to the sales team for use in customer communications Produce daily operations summary to publish to operations team to track daily shipments and backlog versus targe Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Excel reports including formatting, incongruencies, errors, and outliers Update production schedule data in Epicor ERP system. This includes but is not limited to models, quantities, dates, and Bill of Materials Maintain Purchase Order data in Epicor ERP system. This includes but is not limited to pricing, due dates, shipping addresses, etc. Field sales team and internal customer inquiries related to order status and product availability Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including production planning, demand planning, and quality management or other duties as assigned Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures Document processes and procedures in visual work instruction format Experience & Education RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business analytics, supply chain, finance, purchasing or other Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers, internal/external suppliers and fellow team members at all levels. Basic ability to use standard ERP or MRP systems Basic to Intermediate proficiency in data quality management. Ability to identify and address corrupt data (incomplete, duplicate, erroneous) Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.) Basic proficiency in visual data display and analysis including the appropriate use of tables, charts, and graphs.
