The role provides exposure to complex, high-profile developments while offering strong benefits, long-term career growth, and the ability to work alongside experienced construction professionals in a fast-paced environment.Job Details10+ years of multifamily construction experienceExperience leading wrap-style multifamily projects with parking garages and amenity decksStrong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting requirementsExperience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and daily site operationsFull construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeoutAbility to get ahead of issues and prevent project delaysProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareAbility to coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production schedulingStrong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and quality controlExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsInterested in hearing more?
