Proficiency in handling medical instruments and sterilization techniques is critical for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment during procedures. Strong communication skills are essential for answering phones and interacting with patients, as they help to create a positive experience. Additionally, the ability to process specimens accurately is vital for timely diagnosis and treatment.
