Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Carpenter located in Forest Lake, MN. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and using hand and power tools to complete projects to specification. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship in all aspects of construction and remodeling projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry, including both framing and finish carpentry techniquesSkillful use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, and chiselsExperience operating power tools safely and effectively, such as drills, sanders, and nail gunsStrong understanding of construction codes and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAttention to detail and commitment to producing quality craftsmanshipPhysically able to handle materials and work in various indoor and outdoor settingsHigh school diploma or equivalent; formal training or carpentry certification preferred
