We help our customers nationwide coordinate services across their enterprises, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and deliver quality services within cost and on schedule.PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team in support of our customer in Dahlgren VA.Duties & Responsibilities:Cost, schedule, and performance management of designated programsCustomer Relations managementProject performance reporting to leadership (internal and external)Contract transition supportPrimary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) / Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)Development and maintenance of program staffing planHiring and on-boarding supportEmployee relations and managementMaintain Staffing Plan that assigns personnel to tasks in accordance with Contract Labor Category and Statement of Work requirementsSchedule development, maintenance, and monitoringContract deliverables development, approval workflow, and submittal to ContractsCompliance with customer facing contractual provisionsProgram risk managementContract quality controlResponsible for the quality of the associated project deliverablesRequired Qualifications:10 years’ IT management experience 5 of which in Navy Programs. Ten (10) years of professional management experience, with at least five (5) years in Navy 2 UNCLASSIFIED weapon systems. Experience should include administrative oversight handling of contractual matters, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, cost direction while serving as a liaison between the government representative and the COR.
