Job Description:Job Summary:As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for every guest. Job Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare food items according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards. Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Job Qualifications:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 16 years of age.
