If you're passionate about making a real difference and want to be part of a firm that prioritizes both client care and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoAs a Senior Attorney at Bader Law, you'll take the lead on complex personal injury cases while guiding clients through all stages of litigation. You'll also support junior attorneys and paralegals, helping to elevate team performance and outcomes.Client Advocacy & Case ManagementConduct in-depth evaluations of personal injury cases, including medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence.Interview clients to assess the strength of their claims and establish trust.Provide legal counsel, setting expectations and educating clients on their rights.Keep clients updated on case progress and respond promptly to inquiries.Litigation & Legal StrategyDevelop and execute case strategies in alignment with current Georgia personal injury laws.Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals and economists to build strong cases.Guide cases from intake through resolution, including trial where necessary.Leadership & MentorshipSupervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to foster team growth and performance.Participate in case strategy sessions and ensure procedural compliance across the team.Share knowledge of evolving trends in personal injury law and litigation best practices.Firm Representation & EngagementRepresent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development efforts.Attend legal seminars and continuing education to stay current on relevant developments.Uphold Bader Law's core values in every interaction-internally and externally.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a results-oriented attorney with exceptional courtroom skills, leadership ability, and a passion for mentoring others.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing3-6 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experienceTrial experience with a proven track record of successful verdicts and settlements (preferred)Skills:Extensive knowledge of Georgia personal injury law and proceduresStrong legal research, drafting, and litigation skillsExcellent negotiation and advocacy abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage high caseloads and meet strict court deadlinesProficient in legal research and case management softwareHighly organized and detail-oriented with superior time management skillsA team-focused mindset and a strong work ethicWhy Bader Law?At Bader Law, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of professional growth and cultural integrity.
