We invest in our employees through hands-on training and opportunities to grow into crew leadership roles.Position OverviewSustain Lawn & Landscape is hiring Landscape Laborers to help maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Lansing area.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful properties.Landscape Laborers work alongside experienced crew leaders completing lawn maintenance, landscaping services, and seasonal property care.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform lawn mowing, trimming, and edgingAssist with landscaping and property maintenance projectsMaintain clean and professional property appearanceOperate commercial lawn care equipment safelyLoad and unload tools, equipment, and materialsFollow daily service routes with the crewMaintain safe and organized job sitesAssist with seasonal clean-ups and property servicesSupport snow removal operations during winter months when neededRequirementsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable transportation to and from workAbility to perform physical work including lifting, walking, and bendingDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work well with a teamPreferred QualificationsPrevious landscaping or lawn care experienceExperience operating commercial lawn equipmentValid driver's licenseWork EnvironmentOutdoor work performed in changing weather conditionsFrequent walking, lifting, bending, and standingOperation of commercial landscaping equipmentCompensation & Benefits$16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experienceHealth insurance available after 90 daysConsistent full-time workHands-on training providedOpportunities for advancement into Crew Lead or Foreman positionsSupportive team environmentWhy Work With Sustain Lawn & LandscapeAt Sustain Lawn & Landscape, we believe in building long-term careers.
