This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to drive projects from concept through launch.We’re looking for an experienced collaborator who can build alignment across diverse stakeholders and keep projects moving forward with clarity and momentum.ResponsibilitiesProduct Development Manage the physical product design and development processes for concurrent projects, including managing overall timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks during testing, and leading weekly team check ins Launch Readiness Partner closely with our marketing and web teams to bring our products, partnerships, and stories to life for our customers, ensuring clarity across teams for a successful and compelling launch Cross-Departmental Collaboration Lead special projects in close collaboration with Manufacturing & Warehouse, Operations, Sales, and other Creative teams to ensure alignment and seamless executionProcess Improvement Continuously optimize end-to-end team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility across all areas of operations in partnership with the Creative Ops teamTeam CultureSupport a collaborative studio environment by coordinating team off-sites, facilitating team rituals, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team experience Design Culture Champion a high standard of design excellence by integrating design thinking across projects and encouraging cross-functional appreciation for quality QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience5-7+ years experience in project and program management, ideally with a focus on physical product developmentExperience with or interest in various project management methodologiesAn alignment to Heath’s values of sustainability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and preservation of craftExceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to develop an understanding of when to pursue perfection and when good is good enoughAbility to handle and prioritize multiple projects at different sizes and durations simultaneouslyExcellent communication and organizational skillsPassion for process, innovation, and designTechnology/Software skills: Experience with Asana and Google Suite or similar tools is a mustExperience with Figma preferred Work Environment/ Hours / CompensationThis is a full-time, exempt position, typically Monday through Friday. The Heath team is distributed across California, with offices in Sausalito and San Francisco. While we welcome remote work, time together each week in person is valuable and important. This role is expected to work at least two days onsite in our San Francisco and Sausalito offices. The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience.BenefitsWe are committed to your health and well-being.
