The ideal candidate will collaborate with director-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage process improvement and optimization initiatives from design through implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and analyze current workflows.Partner with senior leadership to align process changes with strategic goals.Utilize process modeling tools (preferably ARIS) to create and maintain accurate business process maps.Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Required Skills & Experience:Strong program/project management experience.Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (ARIS preferred).Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
