We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an HR Business Partner to support key business units and drive people strategy. This is a great opportunity for a newer HRBP or strong HR Generalist ready to step into a strategic role.What you’ll do:Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goalsSupport employee relations, performance management, and coaching initiativesDrive talent planning, workforce planning, and organizational development effortsAdvise managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practicesAssist with compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programsAnalyze HR metrics to inform decision-makingWhat we’re looking for:3–7+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist or HRBP)Experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced environmentStrong employee relations and coaching skillsKnowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practicesAbility to influence and build relationships across all levelsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferredWhy join:High visibility with leadershipOpportunity to grow into a more strategic HR roleCollaborative and people-first culture
