Operations IntegratorThe OpportunityCACI is currently looking for an Operations Integrator with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client. Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).As an Operations Integrator you will support the operations and maintenance of the REVMOD applications in an Agile environment to improve performance and availability of critical applications and timely resolution of issues and outages. You will interact with product development teams, network services, security, audit team, and customer service teams to coordinate operations and maintenance of deployed systems.ResponsibilitiesTriage and troubleshoot incidents with critical end-user applications in a highly Agile environmentLead rapid response to quickly investigate incidents and outagesIdentify, diagnose and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtimeCreate change requests (CRs) for the REVMOD Applications, work closely with the CM team and own the CM-related processesPerform proactive monitoring and daily system health checks for REVMOD applicationsMonitor services, jobs, databases and interfaces for failures, irregularities, and performance issuesOversee daily infrastructure, systems, services and external interface production ops supportSupport critical processes outside of normal hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysOversee collaboration between different departments in IT, Product and Shared Services teams or units to ensure smooth integration of operationsEstablish, track and report metrics, assess system data, analyze error logs and capture user reportsMaintain operations support metrics and portfolio service desk ticket queuesIdentify recurring issues and perform root-cause analysisServe as a backup to the production support memberResearch vulnerability scan issues and provide direction for external team coordination or ASF production teamTrack incident tickets and follow up with resolutionsQualificationsRequired:Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:3-year check for felony convictions1-year check for illegal drug use1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraudCollege degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or experience considered in lieu of degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional experience: 7+ years related technical experienceExperience supporting 6-8 production-deployed applicationsManaging work with Jira products in the context of software development and reporting across multiple teamsUnderstanding traditional software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release managementUnderstanding with a variety of technology stacks and platforms (AWS cloud, Angular, Java, PostgreSQL)Experience with configuration and operation of monitoring tools such as SplunkMust be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Ashburn, VADesired:Experience managing operations in an Agile environmentExperience with SecDevOps processes and/or toolsDevelopment experience with a variety of technology stacks and platforms (AWS cloud, Angular, Java, PostgreSQL)Current and relevant experience with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) applicationsWhat You Can ExpectA culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
