Creative Administrative / Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, creative-thinking Administrative / Personal Assistant to support executive operations, internal workflows, and marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid position (part remote / part in-office) and may begin part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and interview strength.
This role is ideal for someone who blends creative thinking with strong execution, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative and executive support (email coordination, scheduling, document preparation)
Assist with product evaluation, testing, and structured feedback
Support and improve internal workflows and operational processes
Assist with marketing coordination, social media support, and advertising initiatives
Help organize creative assets, campaign materials, and project documentation
Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and related tools
Track tasks and projects from assignment through full completion
Coordinate logistics, meetings, and occasional business errands (must be able to drive)
Collaborate with leadership on creative and operational initiatives
This role involves little to no bookkeeping or accounting work.Who You Are

Degree or hands-on experience in graphic design, marketing, branding, or advertising
Experience working in creative agencies, marketing teams, or brand-driven companies
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising
Experience with workflow, CRM, or project management tools
