Whether checking HVAC systems, plumbing, pool maintenance, applying drywall, or landscaping, if you enjoy making a noticeable impact, apply today.Summary/objectiveThe Facilities Team Member assists the facilities team with maintaining the facility, including the exterior grounds, in working order through a system of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs. The Facilities Team Member is responsible for designated repairs and maintenance by following safe practices and consistent, systematic processes and procedures.Essential functionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Maintain common areas of the club in safe, working, and clean conditionProvide support through a regular preventative maintenance schedule that may include: HVAC systems, replacing light bulbs and ballasts; checking drainage of all gutters, downspouts, and drains; maintaining pumps for the pools; maintaining exercise equipment; mowing lawns; and paintingAssist with exterior grounds maintenance and repairsEnsure supplies are in working order and notifies supervisor of any deficienciesRespond promptly to all requests for repairs and maintenance as directedNotify team and members, in advance when possible, of closure or unavailability of facilities due to necessary repairs & maintenance.
