Business Development Center (BDC) Manager

Business Development Center (BDC) Manager Bell FordBell Ford is seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead and grow our high-performing team. This is not a telemarketing roleour BDC team engages customers, builds meaningful relationships, and supports them throughout their vehicle-buying journey.If you're a motivated leader with strong customer service skills and automotive experience, we want to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and manage BDC staffDrive the growth and development of the BDC departmentCollaborate with the General Manager and Sales Managers on strategy and process improvementsAnalyze and respond to all inbound leads while engaging with customersAnswer incoming calls using inbound scripts to schedule appointmentsDocument all customer interactions and comments in the CRMRespond promptly to internet leads (within 10 minutes) and follow up by phoneMake outbound calls using scripts to schedule sales appointmentsMaintain accurate scheduling for customer follow-upRe-schedule appointments for no-show customersGenerate timely emails and calls according to contact timelinesMaintain accurate knowledge of new and used vehicle inventoryEscalate customer concerns to BDC Manager and ensure follow-upRequired Skills & ExperienceCustomer service phone experience requiredAutomotive industry experience strongly preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent conversational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a team-oriented, friendly environmentExperience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferredJob RequirementsReliable, punctual, and professionalFlexibility to work assigned shiftsincluding nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to manage high-volume phone and digital communicationProficiency in using multiple software applicationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhat We OfferSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay structure (Salary + Commission)Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term & long-term disabilityVoluntary life insuranceEmployer-paid basic life insurance401(k) with company matchEmployee discountsWellness programsPre-Employment RequirementsAll candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
