The ideal Litigation Associate Attorney will have 5+ years of experience of complex litigation experience & is driven, energetic & qualified. Litigation Associate Attorney should have the experience and know how to run a full case, from inception to close. This organization believes that our associates should be given the opportunity to participate in all facets of the litigation process, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pre-trial motions, and preparing for trial.
