Supply Chain Associate

Supply Chain CoordinatorWe are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries, shipments, and order processing. In this role, you will maintain a strong understanding of client-specific procedures and act as a key support contact for day-to-day coordination. This is a hands-on, support-driven coordinator role that works closely with the supply chain team to keep orders organized, update CRM/ERP systems, track shipments, maintain documentation, and proactively prevent supply chain disruptions. You will collaborate with internal teams, sales, and external partners while maintaining exceptional customer service and accurate reporting. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines. ResponsibilitiesSupport supply chain operations by processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining delivery schedules Establish and maintain client-specific operating procedures Act as a point of contact for routine issue resolution and operational support Coordinate with internal staff, sales teams, and third-party partners to resolve delays and prevent disruptions Maintain accurate documentation and send documents to required parties Track and trace shipments daily Create and update Excel spreadsheets and internal reports Update and maintain CRM/ERP systems with accurate order, customer, and shipment information Keep supply chain workflows organized and running smoothly Perform other supply-chain-related tasks as assigned Essential SkillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) High accuracy in data entry and documentation Strong customer service communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required) General understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or Operations OR 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, order processing, or operations support Experience in roles such as: Supply Chain Coordinator Logistics Coordinator Shipping & Receiving Support Sales Support Procurement Assistant Office Coordinator Data Entry Ocean Freight or Import/Export roles Strong ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to prioritize varying urgency levels and manage lead times Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% onsite in Santa Monica at a small, family-owned company. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.50/hr.
