Sales Director, Document Automation (Remote)

Summary: We are seeking a Sales Director (IC role) to support the continued growth of our Document Automation software business within North America. This position allows you to live and work anywhere you would like within the US or Canada! Reporting to the VP Revenue, you will manage the entire sales cycle with a focus on enterprise accounts. You will take ownership of new account acquisition as well as expansion of existing customers, working directly and through a partner network. This is a remote role with travel to client and partner locations as needed. Responsibilities:Proactively manage and close high-value document automation SaaS sales within large enterprisesWork closely with solution engineers to understand customer issues and present compelling product demonstrationsCraft value-driven commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to closeMaintain and expand relationships within existing customers and partners within your territory, driving a pipeline of new opportunitiesCollaborate with partner and marketing teams to acquire and develop new customers and partnersRequired Skills:5+ years' experience in SAAS/software sales, with a focus on enterprise customersMinimum 3 years' experience in selling document automation technologiesConsultative sales skills: proven ability to understand customer business issues and deliver a value-based sales engagementAbility to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholdersHunter mentality: the role encompasses new business and proactive expansion of existing customer accountAbility to simultaneously execute on multiple sales prospects and opportunitiesProficiency in using CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) to manage pipeline and forecastingAdditional Qualifications:Pro-active, high energy, highly motivated personalityAbility to actively contribute to a positive, team-based culture within a fast growing companyExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFind Your Passion at Experlogix!At Experlogix, we strive to create a culture of dedicated and engaged team members with a strong organizational commitment.
